Please submit a photo to assist Bylaw Services in finding the camp. Under normal conditions an Officer will begin their investigation within 10 days. Time until the camp is removed may vary depending on the occupants. Bylaw Services will engage social agencies and other City agencies as required, to ensure the suitable re-location of occupants and clean-up afterward.

Encampment Concerns

Use this Service Request to report concerns of an active encampments. Active encampments will have a tent/structure and/or people have been witnessed using the site within the past 72 hours. For concerns on City owned property where there is no sign of an active encampment, use "Dump / Encroach on City Property"
